I know how you feel. I have gone through the same thing. For years I have been looking for online sites that offer a part time or full time job that involves writing, blogging or reviewing. I thought I would never find one. I have gone through a lot of sites that offer a lot of writing projects unfortunately you need to submit a credit card number for you to purchase an account and have access to these so called job offers.
Who charges an applicant to get a job? Although they claim they are not scamming, its very difficult for an individual to entrust a credit card number. The reason why we’re looking for extra money online is because we have no money, and here are these sites charging us for something that’s supposed to be free.
Luckily my hard work paid off. I have found some sites and made contact with advertisers who pay you to write and its free to sign up. There are only 5 things they require for you to be a qualified writer:

3. Dedication in writing articles
4. Meet the deadline
5. Be patient because payments are processed once a month

Guam is a beautiful island filled with beautiful people who take pride in their culture and their home. Some people would say she's like the United Colors of Benetton because different people of different nationalities are found in this little speck on the globe.
Tourists from Japan, Korea, China and nearby countries spend their vacations on this wonderful island to sun bathe in the white sand beaches, to dine in the island style restaurants, to get a taste of the savoring Chamorro dishes and to shop their heart out.
But due to the economic decline, the people of Guam have been summing up project proposals to improve tourism, to increase number of job opportunities and to improve the economic status of the island.
With this, the people of Guam are divided into two because of the proposition being launched that will provide new jobs, that will increase funds for healthcare and education, that will attract tourist to keep coming back to the island. Its called Prop A.
A simple scope of Prop A is to open a world class casino. It is said that this project will provide funds for the police/fire department, healthcare and education, building the casino will attract more tourists and provide more jobs for the people of Guam, in addition, the island will be able to save up for a convention center for bigger projects, expos, fund raisers, events and concerts. But every project has a downfall.
Obviously the church is against gambling, and they believe that no wrong can make a right. Although the proponent states that locals will not have access to the casino and the families of Guam will not be affected by gambling, the church thinks otherwise.
Both parties have good points and they both elaborate on important facts, but only one will win. It is all up to the people of Guam to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of this proposition; and decide what would be best for their island.
